Friday weigh-in

It's official--I've gained two pounds since last week's weigh-in.

What drives me crazy about this losing (or not) weight stuff is that when I'm actually trying, I gain, and when I'm not, I lose.

I need a new game plan.

I am planning on taping my mouth and "accidentally" locking myself up in a room with an exercise bike.

now now, I've been reading from the beginning and there were weeks when you tried and succeeded. But each good week got all screwed up by some week that followed it with family or birthdays or some other intrusion into your 'being good.' Hold on there. You will find your groove at some point. You really will.
